Remove project limit of 3

It is provided free for use why limit the use to 3 private and 3 public projects. The more you let people use the more they will like it and the more likely they are to have "premium" account subscriptions if they become available.

Add ability to import Visual Studio projects

I use a blackberry playbook, and it is linked to my dropbox which I use for my Visual Studio projects. I have thousands of lines in those projects so importing would be a great feature!

Add comments for public projects

Often while viewing public projects I see some issues or would like to provide some feedback to the projects owner. Add functionality so users can provide comments about certain projects. The projects owner should then be notified that they have recieved a comment.
